Did not realize they had multiple profiles!

I have a new cruise customer who loved to cruise with Princess Cruise Lines. She has cruised many time over the years and never booked her cruise the same way or with the same travel agent more than once. I went to find her in the Princess Booking system and found she had 6 different profiles. Not only did she book each one differently, but she booked them under her different married names as well. She had been married twice and was using three different last names. After contacting Princess and discussing the issue with them, they combined them all into one profile. The next cruise, she went on as Elite Status! She said it was the best cruise she's ever taken, and felt so pampered. She didn't know about the loyalty benefits and no one had ever talked to her about them. This is one good reason to use a Travel Agent and keep using the same one.
